Bra Size Guide
Up to 80% of women wear the wrong bra size. Measuring at home takes less than 5 minutes β all you need is a soft tape measure.
Step 1 β Band Size (Underbust)
Wrap the tape firmly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Snug but not tight.
| Measurement (cm) | AU Band |
| 63β67cm | 10 |
| 68β72cm | 12 |
| 73β77cm | 14 |
| 78β82cm | 16 |
| 83β87cm | 18 |
| 88β92cm | 20 |
| 93β97cm | 22 |
| 98β102cm | 24 |
| 103β107cm | 26 |
Step 2 β Bust (Fullest Point)
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, tape parallel to the floor. Donβt pull tightly.
Step 3 β Cup Size
Subtract band measurement from bust measurement. The difference is your cup size.
| Difference | Cup | Difference | Cup |
| <1cm | AA | 15β16cm | FF |
| 1β2cm | A | 17β18cm | G |
| 3β4cm | B | 19β20cm | GG |
| 5β6cm | C | 21β22cm | H |
| 7β8cm | D | 23β24cm | HH |
| 9β10cm | DD | 25β26cm | J |
| 11β12cm | E | 27β28cm | JJ |
| 13β14cm | F | 29cm+ | K |
Example: Underbust 78cm = band 16. Bust 91cm β 78cm = 13cm = F cup. Your size is 16F.
